5-7 servings


  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 3 C. thawed whipped topping, divided (i.e. Cool Whip)
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/2 C. raspberries
  • Chocolate ganache to decorate cake, if desired

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a standing or hand mixer. Place cake batter in the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. If desired, decorate cake with a chocolate ganache frosting.
