Raspberry Cream Bars
Ingredients
- 1 18 1/4 oz. box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1 C. raspberry preserves
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 C. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 C. raspberry preserves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To make crust, combine cake mix and butter in a bowl until crumbly. Reserve 1 C. Press remaining mixture into 13x9x2-inch pan. Spread 1 C. preserves over crust.
To make filling, stir together cream cheese, flour, sugar, vanilla extract and egg until well blended; fold in preserves. Carefully spread filling over crust. Sprinkle reserved cake mix/butter mixture over filling. Bake 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into bars.
