This unique glaze is an interesting twist for chicken wings.

  • 3/4 C. seedless raspberry jam
  • 1/4 C. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. pepper more or less

In a sauce pan, combine all the above and boil for 2 min. Simmer for 10 min., until thickened. Pour over baked and drained wings.
