Raspberry Goat Cheese Grilled Fruit Kabobs

- 4 C. varied fruit pieces, cubed
- 1 C. raspberries
- 1 pkg. goat cheese with honey
- 1 C. powdered sugar
Heat up the grill and soak bamboo sticks in water for a few minutes to avoid burning.
Make the sauce first by mashing the raspberries and powdered sugar into the goat cheese in a small bowl. Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes or until the cheese has softened and stir once more.
Slide various fruit pieces onto the skewers and grill for 1 1/2 minutes on each side. You can either pour the sauce over all of the kabobs or serve it as a dipping sauce.
