Raspberry Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 4 5-oz. lamb chops
- 2 Tbs. raspberry jelly
- 1 tsp. fresh mint, finely minced
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
Directions
Combine jelly, mint, olive oil, and garlic in a bowl. Place chops on a grill and cover them with the sauce. Grill to desired doneness.
Serve with: Grilled Skewered Vegetables
