  • 1 1/2 C. boiling water
  • 3 oz. gelatin
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • 1 C. raspberries
  • 2 pie crusts

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix and stir for two minutes. 

  2. Beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually beat in concentrate, then gelatin until blended.

  3. Stir in whipped topping and berries.

  4. Pour into pie crusts.

  5. Refrigerate until firm.
