Pour this raspberry cake batter into a loaf pan and you'll have yourself an awesome sweet bread. Top a scoop of vanilla ice cream to serve as a dessert.

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 10 oz. frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed and undrained
  • 3eggs
  • 1/2 C. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 C. hot water
  • 1 can vanilla frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, place cake mix. Add raspberries, eggs, oil and water. Beat well. Pour in 10-inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Leave it to cool before spreading with vanilla frosting. If you desire, garnish with raspberries.
