Raspberry Mallow Pie
Ingredients
- 35 large marshmallows
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 package (10 oz.) sweetened frozen raspberries
- 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Directions
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and milk. Cook on high for 1-2 minutes; stir until smooth. Stir in raspberries. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour into crust. Refrigerate or freeze.
Yield: 6-8 servings.
