  • ½ cup of fat free milk
  • ¼ bar of cream cheese
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 1 ½ cup of flour
  • espresso powder

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
To make the cupcakes first, add the butter, baking powder, eggs,vanilla extract, flour and sugar.
Bake the cupcakes for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
To make the frosting, add milk, cream cheese, and sugar until it develops a thick consistency.
Take the cupcakes out from the oven and evenly spread the frosting over the cupcakes. Then evenly sprinkle a pinch of espresso powder over the frosting on the cupcakes and add 2 raspberries to each cupcake to top it off.
