Raspberry Vanilla Torte

Ingredients
- 6 lg. egg whites
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbs. vinegar
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 qt. fresh raspberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Gradually add sugar, vanilla, and vinegar. Grease the bottom of a springform pan and place egg white mixture into pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn off oven and let sit overnight. Place torte on a serving plate. Fill center with vanilla ice cream. Spoon fresh berries over top.
