Raspberry white chocolate cookies are a delicious favorite all year, with a place on the dessert table over the holidays or as a decadent snack with a tall glass of raspberry lemonade over the summer. Alternatively, try baking these for a friend's birthday or giving them as holiday gifts. The best part is that you can bake these luxurious cookies using the ingredients that you have in your pantry. The only ingredients that you might not have on hand are white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries---everything else is common pantry fare.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the flour with the baking soda and mix until thoroughly distributed. Next, in a separate bowl, cream the butter with the sugar until smooth, scraping the bottom of the bowl frequently.

Add the egg and vanilla to the creamed sugar mixture and mix until fully incorporated. Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the flour and baking soda mixture and stir until just combined. Add the white chocolate chips and raspberries last.

Finally, drop the dough by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet one inch apart, and bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes or until soft but set. Let them cool before serving.
