Raspberry-White Chocolate Muffins

These are a fun treat for snack and are just the right amount of sweet.

Ingredients

  • 2 C. Bisquick
  • 1/2 C. white baking chips
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 2/3 C. milk
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. raspberries

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of a 12 C. muffin tin or use paper liners. Stir all ingredients except berries in a large bowl, just until moistened. Fold in berries. Divide the batter into the 12 cups. Bake 15-8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan. Serve warm. You can sift confectioners' sugar over tops or drizzle a glaze over each muffin.
