Ravioli or Tortellini Soup
Ingredients
- 2 sm. bags ravioli (or tortellini) (meat or cheese or mixed)
- 4 C. homemade or canned broth or stock (you pick the flavor)
- 1/2 C. shredded carrots
- 1 box frozen spinach, thawed
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 4 grinds black pepper
- Parmesan for garnish

Directions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water about 3 minutes (they will continue cooking in broth). Drain pasta and add back to pot with remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, about 5-8 minutes. You can add sliced chicken breast for a heartier soup. Serve with Keep Away the Vampires Cheesy Garlic Bread.
