Ravioli Stew

A great way to liven up a cheap can of ravioli

Ingredients

  • 2 C. carrots; sliced
  • 1 C. onions; chopped
  • 28 oz. can chicken broth
  • 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 28 oz. can Cannelloni beans, drained
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 9 oz. refrigerated sausage-filled ravioli

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except ravioli, in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Before serving, add ravioli, recover and cook on high for 10-15 minutes until ravioli is tender.
