Real Buffalo Wings
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2-1 stick butter
- Hot sauce to taste (I use Franks Hot Sauce)
Deep fry the wings until crispy on the outside and fully cooked on the inside. Drain and place in a plastic container with a sealing lid. Melt the butter and mix with hot sauce to your favorite level of hotness. In Buffalo we use 4 categories. Mild, Medium, Hot and Suicidal. Pour over the wings, close the container and shake until all are coated. Serve with real blue cheese dressing and carrots sticks and celery to temper the burning of your mouth!
