Red Curry Halibut
Ingredients
- 4 halibut filets
- 1 C. Thai red curry sauce
- 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbs. fresh basil, chopped
- 2 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
Heat curry sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to boil. Add fish, spooning sauce over filets to cover them. Cover and cook for about 7 minutes or until fish becomes flaky. Stir lime juice, basil, and cilantro into sauce. Serve fish with sauce poured over the top.
