  • 8 shrimp
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 8 scallops
  • 16 mussels
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 8 grape tomatoes
  • 1 T. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 lb. linguine

Prepare the pasta as instructed on the package. Set it aside. In a saucepan, add in olive oil, garlic cloves and grape tomatoes. Place the shrimp, scallops, mussels and chopped basil. Allow it to stem. Once the seafood is tender remove it from heat. Add the seafood mixture into the pot full of linguine. Serve with extra olive oil and cheese. Enjoy!
