Ingredients

  • 1 box pasta of choice
  • 4 T. butter
  • 2 C. half-and-half
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz. cooked snow crab meat, cut into chunks

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions. In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in flower and cook for one minute. Quickly whisk in the half-and-half and stir until thick. Stir in cheese and add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for one minute and stir in crab meat. Cook until crab meat is just heated. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan.
