Red Lobster-Inspired Broiled Lobster Tails

- 4 Lobster Tails, halved lengthwise
- 1 C. (2 sticks) Butter
- 1 tsp. Dried Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1/4 C. White Wine Vinegar
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the lobster tails cut-side-up on the prepared sheet. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the rosemary, thyme, and white wine vinegar. Remove herb butter mixture from heat. Drizzle lobster tails with herb butter. Set oven to broil. Broil lobster tails for about 6-8 minutes, removing every 2 minutes to flip tails over and keep them moist by drizzling with the butter mixture.
