  • 1 13.8 oz. can Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 C. Pizza Sauce
  • 1 C. Italian Cheese Blend
  • 1/2 lb. Cooked Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb. Steamed Mussels
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbs. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray a 12" pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll and spread refrigerated pizza dough across pan, leaving a border of thicker dough 1" from the edge. Brush the pizza dough with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes. When the dough is cool enough to handle, spread the pizza sauce across the interior and sprinkle with the Italian cheese. Arrange the shrimp and mussels atop the pizza. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the pizza, then sprinkle with salt and pepper as needed. Return pizza to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is fully melted and crust turns golden-brown. Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
