  • 2 1/2 C. Bisquick baking mix
  • 4 T. cold butter
  • 1 C. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 C. cold whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a cookie sheet. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick and cold butter. Add cheddar, milk, and 1/4-teaspoon garlic. Drop nine portions onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 16 minutes. In a small microwavable bowl, melt two tablespoons butter, 1/2-teaspoon garlic, and parsley flakes. Remove biscuits from oven and brush with butter mixture.
