  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. shrimp (peeled, deveined, and tails removed)
  • 2/3 C. chicken broth
  • 1/3 C. white wine
  • 1 C. heavy whipping cream
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • 16 oz. pasta, cooked and drained

In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until opaque. Remove shrimp from skillet. Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add wine, and simmer for a few minutes while stirring. Reduce heat once more to low and pour in cream. Stir in cheese until melted and cook until thickened. Toss pasta with sauce and add shrimp.
