Ingredients

  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of vinaigrette
  • 2 whole wheat pocket pita breads (cut in half)
  • 1 ½ of precooked chicken

Directions

Combine the spinach, bell peppers, chicken, and vinaigrette into a bowl and toss. Heat up pita bread in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Finish with putting a scoop of two of the chicken, pepper, and spinach mix into the pita halves.
