  • 3 lbs. red potatoes, quartered
  • ¼ C. green onions, diced
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. dill

Boil potatoes in salted water until soft. Place potatoes in a bowl and toss with onions. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Combine the sauce and the potatoes. Refrigerate until cool.
