  • 2 c. of flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 c. of butter
  • 2 c. of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. of sour cream
  • 1 c. of vanilla cream cheese frosting
  • 0.2 c. of milk
  • 1 bottle of red food color
  • 0.2 c. of mint leaves

In a bowl, combine vanilla powder, baking soda and flour. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, mix in sour cream, milk, food color and vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture and stir well. In a separate bowl, place vanilla cream cheese frosting. In a prepared baking pan, place a layer of the first mixture, and alternate with a think layer of second mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with mint leaves.
