  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 c. of butter
  • 2 c. of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. of sour cream
  • 1 c. of vanilla cream cheese frosting
  • 0.2 c. of milk
  • 1 bottle of red food color

In a mixing bowl, mix cocoa, baking soda and flour. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, mix in sour cream, milk, food color and vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture and stir well. Divide the batter in muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. To serve, top with vanilla cream cheese frosting.
