This fabulous cheesecake recipe is the perfect desert for the 4th of July! It's also a no bake cheesecake for an added plus. Whip it up the night before for your friends and family to enjoy your delicious patriotic creation!

  • 8 oz. graham crackers
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 1/2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 C. powered sugar
  • 1 C. Greek yogurt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • 1 C. blueberries
  • 1 C. raspberries
  • 1/2 C. diced strawberries

Smash graham crackers into fine crumbs. Add butter, 2 Tbs. sugar , and salt. When mixed, press into a 9-inch pie pan. Take a large bowl and mix cream cheese, until fluffy. Add powered sugar, yogurt, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients until smooth. Fold in heavy cream and place onto op the crust. Put it in the fridge over night; covered. Once it is firm, place the fruit in a decorative manner on top of the cheesecake.
