Ingredients

  • 5 C. red potatoes, with skins cooked and quartered or cubed
  • 1/2 C. celery, diced
  • 1 C. red onion, diced
  • 1/2 C. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate several hours before serving.

  • This is a great recipe. I prefer less salt myself, but that is just me. I tried this with fat free sour cream and no salt and liked it too. For me the feta has enough salt, and I put more in also. But this as it is, is a wonderful recipe.
