Red, White and Blue Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 5 C. red potatoes, with skins cooked and quartered or cubed
- 1/2 C. celery, diced
- 1 C. red onion, diced
- 1/2 C. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
Directions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate several hours before serving.
