Reduced Fat Cherry Cheese Pie

Using skim milk and nonfat cream cheese, this cherry pie is a healthier alternative.

Ingredients

  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) package less fat cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Skimmed Milk
  • 1/3 C. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, chilled

Directions

With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust, chill 4 hours or until set. Top with pie filling before serving.

Makes 1 pie.
