Who said that you couldn't still enjoy a good ol' oreo cheesecake? We created a recipe with reduced fat so you can easily have seconds.

  • 1 pkg. Oreos
  • 1Tbs. butter, melted and cooled
  • 3 egg whites, divided
  • 3 (8-oz.) blocks fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 C. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Remove centers of Oreos. Place 3/4 pkg. of Oreos in blender and pulse into crumbs. Pour into bowl. Add butter and 1 egg white. Stir until well-mixed. Press in bottom of greased pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool. Crush remaining Oreos. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Mix in remaining egg whites, flour and vanilla. Add in Oreos. Mix well. Pour filling on crust. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Chill in fridge overnight.
