Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cake

This is a very peanut buttery cake! Very sweet, just like the candy.

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 10 Reese peanut butter cups, broken into chunks
  • Frosting:
  • 1 lb. box powdered sugar
  • 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 8 oz container Cool Whip
  • 1 C. Reese's Pieces

Directions

Mix cake ingredients as per directions on the box plus 1/4 C. extra water. Add in the peanut butter C. chunks. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool. Blend icing ingredients together and spread on cake. Sprinkle Reese's Pieces on top.

  • Yummy, I found that the small pieces worked OK, but the large ones were better! How easy this is, and so tasty, as well!
