This dip is the perfect start to a Mexican meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 C. refried beans
  • 1/2 C. shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/3 C. beer
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 Tbs. minced onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • tostada shells, broken

Directions

In a saucepan, combine beans, cheese, beer, butter, onino, garlic, and chili powder.  Heat and stir until hot throughout, 5 to 10 minutes.  Transfer to a small fondue pot and serve with broken tostada shells.
