Relaxation Bath
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. fresh or 1/4 C. dried lemon balm
- 1/2 C. fresh or 1/4 C. dried German chamomile blossoms
- 2 C. boiling water
Directions
Add the herbs to the boiling water. Cover and infuse for 20 minutes. Strain; then add to your bathwater.
