Lemon and chamomile help the body to de-stress after a long day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. fresh or 1/4 C. dried lemon balm
  • 1/2 C. fresh or 1/4 C. dried German chamomile blossoms
  • 2 C. boiling water

Directions

Add the herbs to the boiling water. Cover and infuse for 20 minutes. Strain; then add to your bathwater.
