In large bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab meat, sugar, and salt. Place approximately 1 Tbs. of mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper. Dab water on edges of wonton wrappers to fold two ends together. Fold other two ends and make a parcel shape out of unfried crab rangoon. Pinch center to make sure it's tight. In a pot of heated oil, deep fry crab rangoons until golden. Drain excess oil from crab rangoons by laying them on paper towels. Let cool, then serve with sweet and sour sauce.
