Restaurant-Style Mini Cheeseburgers
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 16 mini- hamburger buns
- 2 thinly sliced tomatoes.
- 1 fresh onion, chopped into rings
- 16 slices american cheese
Mix chuck and sirloin together, season with salt and pepper and shape into 16 small hamburger patties.
Preheat grill to medium high temperature, add burgers, and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove burgers, wrap in aluminum foil, and let them cool for 5 minutes.
Place on miniature buns and top with freshly sliced tomato, lettuce, cheese and onions.
