Ingredients

  • 2 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/4 C. oil
  • 1/2 C. green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 C. red bell pepper, chopped

Directions

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.  Wash and peel the baby potatoes.  Place potatoes, onion and red pepper into a large mixing bowl and pour oil over.  Mix until all potatoes are evenly covered.  Sprinkle in dry onion soup mix and stir thoroughly. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes.
