Reuben Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 14 oz. cans well drained, chopped sauerkraut
- 2 10-11 oz. cans, undiluted condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 C. Half & Half
- 4 Tbs. mustard
- 4 Tbs. melted butter
- 4 slices minced rye bread
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 minced onion
- 1 tsp. black pepper and caraway seeds
- 1 1/2 lb. chopped deli corned beef
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a sprayed baking dish and toss well. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
