Reuben Dip
Ingredients
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 16 oz. can sauerkraut, well rained
- 1 8 oz. package Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 large package chopped corned beef
- hot mustard (optional for topping)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with party bread or crackers and hot mustard on the side for topping.
