This rhubarb and strawberry jam is very easy and tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • l lb. rhubarb
  • l lb. strawberries
  • 2 lbs. sugar

Directions

Hull strawberries. Cut rhubarb in small pieces. Cook rhubarb and strawberries and sugar over low flame for one hour. Pour into sterilized jars. When cold, seal with paraffin.
