Rhubarb Betty

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 3/4 C. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. butter
- 2 C. sliced rhubarb
- 1.2 C. water
Directions
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and butter as for pie crust. Place the rhubarb in a greased baking dish. Spread the flour and sugar mixture over the top. Add 1/2 C. water. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour, covered for 40 minutes, then uncovered the remaining time.
