Rhubarb Cake Dessert
Ingredients
- 8 C. cut up rhubarb
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 6 oz. pkg. dry strawberry Jell-O
- 1 pkg. dry yellow or white cake mix
- 2/3 C. melted butter
Directions
Spread rhubarb evenly in a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle sugar evenly over rhubarb. Sprinkle Jell-O over the sugar. Sprinkle the cake mix over the Jell-O. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve warm (or cold is ok, too) with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
