Rhubarb Dump Cake
Ingredients
- 4 C. fresh rhubarb, to be cut
- 1 C. granulated sugar
- 1 sm. box sugar free strawberry Jello
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 C. water
- 1 stick butter, to be melted
Directions
Place fresh rhubarb in lightly sprayed (i.e. PAM) 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Sprinkle Jello over sugar. While still in the bag, mash up cake mix to reduce lumps, then spread over top of rhubarb/sugar/jello. Pour water over entire mix, and then pour melted butter over all. Bake forĀ 55-60 minutes in a 350-degree oven. Serve warm with ice cream.
