Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
- 2 C. rhubarb
- 1 1/2 Tbs. flour
- 2 C. sugar
- dash of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 C. buttermilk
- 1/2 C. orange juice
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
Cut up rhubarb into 1/2-inch pieces. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, eggs, buttermilk and orange juice. Add rhubarb and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 1 hour. Top with ice cream, if you'd like.
