Ingredients
- 3 C. sour cream
- 2 cans green chiles, drained and chopped
- 3 C. cooked rice (measure exactly)
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
- 1/2 C. Cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix sour cream and chopped chiles. Layer rice, salt, pepper, sour cream mixture, and Jack cheese (two layers of each) in buttered casserole. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, 30 minutes to one hour.
