Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. milk
- 1 C. cooked rice
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Beat together eggs and milk. Mix with cooked rice, brown sugar, and salt. Pour into a greased mold and put the mold in a pot with warm water. Put in 325 F oven for 1 hour or until the cream is cooked.
Yield: 4-6 servings
