  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 2/4 cup honey
  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Mix the honey and almond butter in a bowl. Microwave the bowl for 45 seconds so the mixture melts. Process the puffed rice, cinnamon, and chia seeds in a food processor for 8 seconds. Add the melted honey and almond butter to the food processor and blend briefly. Roll 1 large tablespoon at a time into balls and place the rice puff balls in the fridge for half an hour.
