  • 1 box of Rigatoni pasta or of your choosing
  • 1 C. Mozzarella cheese balls
  • 1/4 C. marinara sauce
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, softened

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box. While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter in a slightly greased non-stick skillet. Then pour the marinara sauce. Bring to a simmer. Drain the pasta and return to the pot. Transfer the sauce to the pasta pot. Stir the ingredients well. Then, add the sliced peppers; cook until tender. Lastly, add the cheese and occasionally stir. Remove from heat once the cheese melts.
