  • 1 ¾ C. flour
  • ¾ C. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • ½ C. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. boiling water

In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Use an electric mixer to beat in eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Stir in boiling water until smooth and transfer batter into resealable freezer bags. Freeze until needed. Thaw out batter, snip end of bag, and pipe into cake pan or cupcake liners. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
