Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp. Yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • ¼ C. mayonnaise
  • Paprika, garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them. Add in the mayo, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and keep mashing until the yolks are smooth. Spoon the yolk mixture into the hollowed egg halves and sprinkle them with paprika.
