  • ½ C. honey
  • 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash salt
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • Dash ground cloves
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • ½ C. milk
  • Refrigerated pie crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and roll out pie crust on a pie plate. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie crust, cover edges with foil, and bake for 50 minutes to an hour until center is set.
